Contestants Application Form

All completed applications must be accompanied by a non- refundable application fee of $150.00. Money Order or Cashier’s Check Payable to: New Guard Production Company.

All submitted applications are deliberated for consideration to be contestants. The producer of the event reserves the right to discreetly not accept any application due to unforeseen, deemed circumstance. Therefore, unaccepted applications will be given their full refund of their application fee.
